That's how to enjoy healthy nutrition! The recipes are well organized. Breakfast, lunch and dinner always have one double-page, and this for all 14 days. On the left side, you find the description of all ingredients, and the calories calculations. On the right side is the large photo with the decorative, appetizing arrangement of the meal. On both sides, the upper part shows the Schnitzer Intensive Nutrition. The lower part contains additional garnishings, which make the meal one of Schnitzer Normal Nutrition. The recipes are inspiring with incentives and ideas. At any time one component can be replaced by another of the same type (e.g. wheat by spelt, garden lettuce by iceberg lettuce, apple by pear) - depending on what the market of the season offers, and what your appetite wishes. This nutrition is much more than a certain diet. It is the practical consequence, after it came out that man still is genetically programmed for the human origin nutrition. That's why digestion and metabolism work at their best with a "civilized origin nutrition".  Therefore it replaces numerous different special diets, which were prescribed for the different derailments of digestion and metabolism, like liver diet, gastric diet,  kidney diet, diabetic diet, weight reducing diet, , rheumatic diet, hypertension diet, gout diet, up to training diet and high performance diet. Because all those derailments of metabolism rised because metabolism didn't get the right substances to metabolize. With this nutrition metabolism gets them. That's why most derailed processes switch back to normal after a short time. In the "knowledge" part you learn, why the preparations have to be done as described. A table of body weight allows you to control your ideal weight. In the "practice" part it's explained how to prepare your meals in the healthiest and most appetizing way. Also calories, kilo-joules and bread-units are given. This makes a change from former diets easier. Soon you will remark, that calculation can be replaced by appetite as a better, natural control of quantities and qualities, and which of them your organism needs just now.
